What is the alcohol content of my homemade coffee liqueur?
I made homemade coffee liqueur using 2 cups of a coffee/sugar mixture and 1 cup of 160 proof vodka.
My calculations said the alcohol by volume content should be 26.7%, or 53 proof, but the taste is much stronger than that.
