the meaning of All Time Low songs?
ok i know what Lullabies, Coffee Shop Soundtrack and Poppin' mean but i wanted to know what Jasey Rae, Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I Don't) and the others... but mainly those two. thanks in advance!(: x

Damned If I Do Ya ( Damned If I Don't)- It's about a flaky relationship where neither of them are ever really happy ("damned if do ya, damned if i dont"); he puts everything in towards the relationship, and shes still disappointed. he makes plans, she blows them off, etc. but he still doesnt wanna quit and so they continue this insatiable cycle.
Jasey Rae- Alex: Umm…Jasey Rae is a girl, obviously, [laughs] from Pennsylvania who…I met, the first time we played this venue. Things happened and I felt bad. So I wrote a song. It’s meant to really be like an apology, just basically, things happened but I didn’t mean to be a dick about it. Without getting too into it, that’s basically it…She’s actually a really good friend of ours. We see her every time we roll through Pennsylvania. She’s a really cool girl.

Alex: Are there a lot of stories about that? [Laughs]
I read a couple. They said that she’s from Southern California though.
Alex: Really? [Laughs] So people just speculate? That’s so weird! That’s so weird…To clarify, she’s from Pennsylvania. She’s not from California. It was nothing too serious. I have a tendency to, I just write a lot. So when there’s a situation that I have on my mind, I just vent. That happened at the time when we were writing. So it turned into a song and spiraled out of control. [Laughs]
