Why do I get that "coffee break" message almost every time I post an answer?

It seems like I get the "coffee break" message almost every time I post an answer on Y!A ... and it always posts only part of my answer. Then I have to go back and edit the answer to put the rest of it in (sometimes it cuts the answer off in mid-word). The worst part is, I think Y!A thinks I am "cheating" because I almost ALWAYS have to do this. I think this is why they canceled my last account, and now I'm afraid they will cancel this one too. Please help! How can I keep this from happening, or at least how can I keep them from canceling my account again because of this problem? I am NOT "gaming the point system" - I think something isn't working right. I'm not trying to do anything wrong! How do I get hold of somebody from Yahoo!Answers to report this problem and have them look into it before they just nail me again for supposedly "cheating?" Thanks!

It doesn't have anything to do with your answering a question. Yahoo has been working on the site for the last week. THey even posted a banner warning of problems. Did you see it on the Home Page.
They fixed something because 1,000 questions from July,2008 suddenly appeared. For months people were complaining that they could not find their questions. Other members were giving advice but no one knew that the questions truly had "disappeared".
Click on Forum at the left side of the Home Page. You will see that you are not the only one with this problem..
